...I like the pan. Have only used it twice so far for sauteing veggies and it worked well for that. I want to try it in the oven but haven't had the opportunity for that yet. It is different cooking in it instead of my nonstick pans and I have a propane cook stove, which I think gets hotter than electric so it is a transition. Cleaning is easy, I thought...
