Everything being said about this pan is correct. Great for cooking two eggs, two pancakes, at a time. I'm going to order a larger one for the bigger jobs.

The perfect size and depth for delectable, fluffy crepes and omelets. Designed to meet professional standards in hard anodized aluminum with heavy-gauge, triple-coated LRS3 (Lifetime Release System) nonstick interior. Curved, stainless-steel handle. Oven safe to 450?. Lifetime warranty.The sides of this 10-inch nonstick griddle are low and slope gently, so your cr?pes slide out without falling apart and your pancakes flip easily. No matter what you're cooking, you're guaranteed quick and even heat distribution, easy food release, and simple cleaning, thanks to the pan's three layers: an aluminum core, a hard-anodized exterior, and a reinforced nonstick surface. The aluminum core provides rapid heat conduction, while the hard-anodized exterior increases the griddle's durability. The nonstick surface allows you to cook low-fat meals without using any oil or butter. The griddle includes a collector's edition recipe card.
