From the comfortably arched handles to the stylish flared silhouettes, the Calphalon Contemporary line is designed to please. No indeed, this collection is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum, reknowned for its fast and even heating, and it's lined with durable non-stick for easy clean up and low fat cooking. This pan is excellent for cooking small amounts of grains, braising meats, or boiling a few potatoes. It could also act as a casserole, two loop handles fit easily into the oven.The high-quality Contemporary Nonstick line of cookware is designed to meet the needs of busy families while offering the high-quality construction associated with the Calphalon brand.
