Bought this pan for Thanksgiving and made the best turkey I have ever made! Turkey was moist and perfectly cooked. No parts were too dry, no parts were undercooked. Perfectly even cooking. I used the turkey drippings and made gravy on my stove top right in the pan. Delicious! Used the rack pan came with, and it was fine. My turkey was 24.6 lbs, so it weighed rack down a bit and bottom was not as crispy as top, but there was a lot of juice in the pan, and that may be the reason. Well worth the purchase. I will never use a disposable pan for a turkey again, even clean up was a breeze!
