I purchased the Stir Fry Scoop while on vacation. The first time I used it, I loved it. It fits my hand perfectly and handles great. It has replaced the need for most other utensils. I am purchasing 10 more to give to my family and friends as gifts.
Description of Calphalon Nylon Stir Fry Scoop
The high strength handle has soft touch rubberized sides for a firm grip. Use this scooping and stirring, the perforated side lets liquids drain away.Its head angled to fit a wok's sloped sides and shallowly cupped to scoop up bits of food and liquid, this 14-inch tool is designed for stir-frying. Slots on the upper edge permit draining of oils or liquids if desired. Calphalon's nonstick nylon kitchen tools are designed to use safely on all nonstick surfaces. A hole in the handle facilitates hanging on peg or hook. Hand wash with mild detergent. --Fred Brack
