If you just need to boil some angel hair pasta for a couple minutes without having to break it in half, this nifty little saucier will do the trick.Or if you're making a fancy boeuf bourguignon that's going to take a couple hours on the stovetop, and then endure the oven at 450 degrees, this pot can handle it.
And the best part? That non-stick surface makes any clean-up a breeze, without having to suffer uneven heating or undue fragility.
My only complaint is that the stainless steel handles are too thin to be very heat resistant. But if you own an oven mitt or two, that shouldn't be a problem.
You'll love this saucier pan.
