Anyone who owns a Calphalon cookware set needs not be told of its superb quality. I had high expectations for this simple tool and it managed to exceed them:The stainless steel tool is much heavier than you expect it to be. It has a great feel to it, it looks wonderful, works like a charm, and cleans up effortlessly. Plus, it seems practically indestructable. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this!
Description of Calphalon Stainless Steel Pasta Fork
Whether you're boiling linguine, udon, or rice noodles, this 14-inch-long stainless-steel pasta fork is just what you need to stir your pasta of choice and keep it from clumping. The tines separate the strands and help them move freely through the boiling water so they cook evenly. After draining, use the fork as a serving tool to help you get the portions right.
