Customer Review: Quality cookware that's affordable

This cookware preforms as promised. Clean up is easy. I believe anyone having problems with stainless steel or copper cookware just don't know how to use it, and should stick to (no pun intended) non stick cookware.
The only draw back to this product is, that it's manufactured in China.

Calphalon Tri-Ply Copper unites centuries-old culinary tradition with distinctive style. Featuring graceful curves and a stunning combination of expertly finished, tri-bonded metals, this new collection is as beautiful as it is hard-working. Here, a 3-qt. Chef's Pan offers complete versatility when cooking. Use it to sear and brown meat, saute vegetables or cook a one-pan meal. A brushed copper exterior and aluminum inner core combine for superior conductivity (the best that there is) and precise cooking control for spectacular results. Fine-satin, brushed stainless steel interior won't react to foods and won't tarnish or change colors even when cooking acidic foods like tomato sauce. Other features include flared rims for easy pouring, well-riveted, curved handles that stay cool to the touch during stovetop use and stainless steel lids that trap steam, heat and flavors. Oven- and broiler-safe. Handwashing is recommended followed by thorough drying to avoid any spots.This 3-quart chef's pan with high sides cooks vegetables, reduces fruit sauces, or just warms leftovers. Part of Calphalon's premium Tri-Ply Copper line, this brilliant stainless-steel and copper-accented cookware cooks as beautifully as it looks. The pan's exterior is crafted of copper--the superior metal for heat conduction--and a heavy-gauge aluminum core runs through its center.
